The work that the team does on a weekly basis with the young people involved is incredibly inspiring and being able to support their vision is something I am truly passionate about. We're looking for passionate, knowledgeable and forward-thinking individuals who can bring fresh perspectives, professional expertise and constructive challenge to Oxford Creators.Our Advisory Board plays an important role in helping us strengthen our provision, make informed decisions and remain ambitious about what we can achieve for young people.

We are looking for the following board members;

SEN & Education Specialist - Former headteachers, SENCOs, alternative provision leaders or experienced education professionals with a strong understanding of SEND, inclusion and school exclusion.

Safeguarding Expert

Professionals with extensive safeguarding experience who can provide strategic guidance, challenge and insight into safeguarding practice and protecting vulnerable young people.

✓

Therapist / Mental Health Specialist

A qualified therapist, psychologist or mental health professional with expertise in childhood trauma, emotional regulation, attachment or therapeutic approaches to education

Time Commitment & Details

We recognise that your time is valuable, so we've designed the role to be meaningful without being overly demanding.

This is a voluntary position and board members must be based in Oxfordshire
