About Oxford Creators

Every behaviour has a story. Every student has a future.

The team at Oxford Creators are detectives and talent spotters — we are an alternative provision that looks past behaviour to find the potential underneath, then builds a personalised pathway to rewrite what comes next.

Potential
Always the first thing we look for

Our most misunderstood young people are being repeatedly failed. All children deserve a full time education and support to rebuild their self-esteem. Together, we can change their story and help them see their potential.

Our Founder's Story

It started with one student everyone had written off

Oxford Creators was born after years of 'fighting the education system'. My son was 'directed off-site', which means he remained on-roll with his secondary school but was completely cut off from all education, friends and teachers. He was never permanently excluded.

Watching my son going through this traumatic experience made me determined to create a better future for him and the thousands of children across the UK in similar situations. I tried to get my son the education he deserves but to no avail. Rather than fighting, I turned pain into purpose. I'm on a mission to reimagine education by working alongside and amplifying the voices of young people, their parents, and forward thinking teachers and professionals to create a community of change makers.

CASE FILE · OC-001

Every student's future — priority: high

We work in partnership with students, families and schools to uncover the story behind behaviour. We spot strengths, rebuild confidence and create personalised pathways.

Every case closes the same way — the student feels seen, capable and ready for their future.

STEP 1
🕵️

Uncover The Story

We look behind the behaviour and ask what happened. We create safe, trauma informed spaces for all our students.

STEP 2
🔦

Spot The Potential

We find the strengths of each student and rebuild confidence from there. Every child has a talent that needs discovering.

STEP 3
