The Oxford Creators Ethos

Every young person has the potential to change their current reality — but they need a strong community to support, guide and inspire them.

That's what we do here at Oxford Creators CIC. Our mission is to empower children who are out of school or at risk of exclusion by equipping them with a range of emotional regulation strategies and life skills to prepare them for the world of work and higher education — and avoid them becoming NEET. We celebrate 'not fitting in' and harness each child's strengths to show them what is possible in life when you work hard, push yourself out of your comfort zone and release anger and anxiety in a healthy way.

Our 5 different alternative provision programmes all include physical activity, therapeutic interventions and career inspiration to create happy, fulfilled and empowered children of the future.
